Getting Started

Clarity. Coordination. Confidence.

Every family deserves a clear, coordinated plan — one that brings structure to complexity and confidence to decision-making. Our approach is rooted in collaboration, trust, and decades of experience helping families align their financial lives with their values and goals.

We start by listening — understanding your story, priorities, and the people who matter most. From there, we work hand-in-hand with your attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals to create a unified strategy. By serving as the central connection point, we ensure every part of your plan works together seamlessly.

Our services are distinct from those of your CPA, attorney, or financial advisor. While each professional focuses on a specialized area — tax, legal, or investments — we integrate their work into one cohesive framework. We organize, coordinate, and oversee the moving parts of your financial world so that every advisor’s efforts complement the others, resulting in a streamlined, effective plan.

Our role is to bring organization, oversight, and continuity to all aspects of your financial and personal affairs. Whether guiding multi-generational families, entrepreneurs, or trustees, we focus on proactive communication, thoughtful planning, and long-term stability.

The First 90 Days – and Beyond

Every family begins in a different place — our job is to meet you there. Families come to us at different stages — some during times of transition, others simply seeking structure, clarity, or coordination among advisors. Wherever you are, we start by understanding your story and identifying where we can bring the greatest impact right away.

Most families begin with one of three focus areas:

  • Advisor Coordination – We bring together your attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors to establish communication, eliminate duplication, and ensure everyone is aligned toward shared goals.

  • Estate & Financial Organization – We help you document what you own, what you owe, and how it’s structured — creating the foundation for confident, informed decisions.

  • Family Office Administration – We establish order in the day-to-day: bill pay, payroll, reporting, and cash flow management, so your financial world runs smoothly and transparently.

Our onboarding process is designed to bring order, understanding, and connection from the very beginning. The first 90 days focus on discovery and organization through building a complete picture of your financial world, your priorities, and your family’s goals — so every step that follows is intentional and coordinated.

  • We begin by listening. Through conversations with you — and, if you choose, your family members and existing advisors — we learn about your values, current structure, and long-term objectives. This is where we gain a true understanding of your family’s story and what “legacy” means to you.

  • Next, we gather and organize key documents, account information, and relevant data to create a clear overview of your assets, entities, and responsibilities. We identify any gaps, inefficiencies, or overlaps and begin mapping out where coordination will add value.

  • Once the picture is clear, we start putting structure in place. This includes establishing communication routines with your advisors, setting up secure information-sharing systems, and prioritizing initial tasks — from bill pay and reporting to estate or entity coordination.

  • After the foundation is established, we shift into ongoing management — maintaining organization, ensuring consistent reporting, and coordinating across all professionals involved. We hold regular reviews to adjust as your family’s needs evolve, ensuring that your plan remains aligned and effective. By the end of the first 90 days, we should be through Steps 1 and 2 and you’ll have a clear, organized framework for your financial life — one that transforms complexity into clarity.
